Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at filsaimerenel363@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect product. We will work with our fulfillment partner to send a replacement or issue a refund.
Exchanges and Returns
Because our supplements are made-to-order for freshness and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if the product has been opened. All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Boostiblend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
